Featured artists - Caroline Mackintosh and Candice Jezek, Nick Mulgrew and Michael Tymbios

This talk touched on a specific body of work by Caroline Mackintosh and Candice Jezek titled Into the Murmur, detailing their methods around their handmade book and accompanied photographic exhibition. Michael Tymbios gave an overview of his celebrated project, First Thursdays, as well as his personal processes as a creative. Lastly, Nick Mulgrew, associate editor of Prufrock, shared his knowledge on uHlanga Press, his independent publishing house, focused on South African poetry. 

Oh Sew Tangible

Open Panel Discussion featuring embroidery artist Danielle Clough, and artist, designer and ceramicist Ello Xray Eyez, and myself.

These artists, including myself explored the topic "Tangibility", discussing how it has impacted our art and practice, in an ever-growing digital society.
